Classy Closet opened in 2010 and was taken over by Mara Linderman in April 2018. Mara worked at Classy Closet for five years prior to her becoming the owner. She has a degree in Fashion Design and has an extensive experience working within the fashion trade. Mara resides in Carlsbad with her husband, Glenn, and their two dogs Gidget and Cali. Their daughter, Kayla, studied Fashion (influenced by her mama!) and has frequently worked at the store. She has two bonus children with Glenn and 6 beautiful grandchildren. ​
